I scheduled a taxi to pick my brother and I up from the airport weeks in advance, and called to confirm the day before. They did not show up to pick us up, and when I called they told me to take the SuperShuttle and that they would refund the difference in cost. I emailed them my name and address and still have not received a check. That was two months ago… I would not recommend using AZ Value Shuttle — they just don’t give a sh**.

Did some work for this company. Never got paid despite repeated phone calls. The website for this company has a Contact Us tab that does not work. The back of their business card says follow them on Twitter and Facebook. Told them I would report negative reviews if they did not contact me. No response.
