I didn’t get to fully experience his bee removal service. He came out to my home to assess the situation and quoted me a price. So, we setup a date for the bee removal and the night before I receive a call from him saying«I don’t have a ladder tall enough and it would cost me $ 350 to purchase the ladder». «You’re going to have to find someone else to do the job.» Seriously? I was floored that in an economic time like this someone is turning away business. If you offer a service for bee removal wouldn’t you have a tall enough ladder to reach the roof of a second story home? I’m a bit baffled.

If you review their website you will see the words«NOTRIPCHARGES». Hmm, oddly enough they wanted to charge me $ 80 flat rate for just coming out. Communication between business owners at Phoenix Bee Removal is terrible which in turn leaves unhappy customers. One business owner wanted to charge an $ 80 flat rate just for arriving at the house. I awaited his(tech and business owner) phone call to inform him that the bee’s had relocated. Since I called him from work and a co-worker provided just their number after looking it up on the internet, I didn’t have his number to inform him that they were gone. The other business owner that I setup the appt. with mentioned that the tech would contact me at 5pm, prior to his arrival. I checked my phone at 4:55pm to see that he had called. I called back only find him standing at my door. Mentioned they had relocated and the tech still wanted to charge an $ 80 flat rate. I could understand a considerable amount for a service charge, but $ 80? The business owner that I spoke with to setup the appt.(had the tech call him) mentioned to me that he shouldn’t charge $ 80, but $ 35 after the other business owner was adamant and rude. If they stood by their word it would be one thing, considering they didn’t contact me when they mentioned they would I am a pretty unhappy customer. Just so happens that my irrigation repairman was there and heard the whole conversation, mentioned the bee removal tech was rude and couldn’t believe that he was going to charge that, he offered to cut the limb down for me free of charge. Now that is the way a businessman should be. I would recommend him at anytime.
