i made a 1pm appt. got there at 12;50, I waited until 1;15 and as she took 2 people back for a pedicure, she looked at me and said they have appts. I told her I thought I did too. Then she had me go to the seat put my feet in water and waited another 10 minutes. I decided at that time that I could not wait any longer. So i told her I was leaving. She said he is coming to do your pedicure right now. Now it was 1;35. I said no and left. Sure don’t recommend this place.

I had a pedicure appointment at 9 and I was taken right back. My tech was very friendly and did a great job. Calf massage almost put me to sleep! I read about cleanliness problems but didn’t encounter any issues. Will definitely be coming back!

Made an appointment for 3:30 for two manicures and two pedicures and waited about 10 minutes later to be helped, while my mother waited half an hour in cold water. After, I was asked about the manicure I was getting and if I wanted longer nails, then was given an attitude for making the appointment for a manicure not a full set. Honestly wanted to walk out on my pedicure but a little diffucult with my feet half painted. The man who did my pedicure did a decent job, but the attitude and treatment of longtime customers definitely just lost them business. Go someplace else if you want a friendly environment and to actually be helped at the time of your appointment.

I was hesitant to try this place out with the negative comments. I thought the staff was friendly and detailed. Place seemed clean. I will go back.

The place was VERY clean. The people who work there are extremely friendly. I have never had a problem here. I got my eye brows done and pedi. The wait was very short. I would recommend to my friends.

I got a bad infection in my finger after I went there. Dr told me it was from getting nails done. when I was there they where very busy. I was there to get pedicure and manicure. I sat there for about 1 ½ hrs with my feet soaking before they started on me. I did not realize it was that long. I was reading and did not pay attention to the time. As they were doing my pedicure. I was watching everything going on. They we’re not allowing the instruments to sit in the thing to sterilize for very long. A few minutes if that. Then after someone was done getting a pedicure I never saw them clean the bowls out. That is just gross.

Don’t go here! I got a pedicure here 2 weeks ago and the nail polish is already flaking off! Not only that, their cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The place is a mess and their tools(specifically their foot scraper that looks like a cheese grater) are not properly cleaned between use. They also did not effectively clean the foot spas between customers. I would not be surprised if someone’s gotten a nasty infection after going there. I also watched a woman who had gel toenails go in to get a pedicure. She wanted the gel off and polish put on its place. The guy started removing the gel with a Dremel! I thought gel gets removed by soaking gel nails in acetone?! The woman was freaking out! The one compliment I have to give is the man that drew my flower on my toes was pretty artistic and detailed. I was impressed with his flowers.

Nails always look great and they have a fun selection of tips for a fun set of nails. Pedicure chairs have massage features that put me to sleep. The few issues I have is that the nail techs aren’t all that personable and can be a little snippy at times… Very pushy with add ons such as a flower of sea scrub(of course at an extra 5 $ charge) Being a licensed cosmetologist I am aware of proper sanitation and they don’t follow it which scares me a little. They reuse nail files on people and barely scrub the pedicure tubs between customers. Also the tool they use to scrape dead skin off is not properly cleaned which is bad news … I watched as the nail tech just rinsed it off in the sink and put it right back in their station(all of their tools should be soaked in barbicide for 10 mins at least) just that oversight can pass along horrible diseases. Beware !
