Much as I like to prop up independents I can’t recommend Golden Eagle. There were 2 other tables in the place when we stopped in for a late breakfast. You could still hear a pin drop. Uncomfortably silent. The food was mediocre. I had a cheese omelette with home fries & toast. It was filling anyway. Think«Golden Eagle» as in «Older Eagles».
