So a update they tried to sue my friend they did not even show up them self they sent a lawyer we provided the judge with pictures and and written statements about the condition of the complex the fire the bedbugs all that stuff their lawyer did not even have a chance to speak the judge read and looked at the documentation and said case dismissed we have a pending lawsuit against them for property damage and rent

This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Trashy people trashy management. Get everything in writing because they will say one thing and in their next breath say something else. they will inflate cleaning costs and send you a bill after you move out. BEWARE! There were 3 different managers during the year I lived there and the current one Kristine is the worst. She lies and manipulates! Their referral program is bogus and a scam to get leases. The cops visit this place daily trust me when I say stay away!
