I had sent a boutique from this florist for Mother’s Day and probably because it one of the biggest holidays for them, the wrong arrangement was accidentally delivered. I called them and they are picking up the arrangement and replacing it with the correct one. I am very happy that they promptly corrected the situation and would definitely order from them again. Thank you Monarch Flowers

Not to discount the other review but my mom was so pleased with her bouquet today that she wanted me to call them and give them her compliments (I thought that would be a little awkward so I opted to leave a Unilocal review instead). I have been sending her flowers every Mother’s Day for over a decade now and this was the first time she ever suggested I do that, she was really impressed. This was definitely her favorite of all the bouquets I’ve ever sent her.
Also: I called and made my order directly through them and was specific about what I wanted, I didn’t go through one of the big commercial sites because a lot of times the bouquets end up looking different.
