Asonme we oder some pizza. It had very good comster sirvice. They dilverd the pizza so fast

They did away with the buffet, but they now serve a lunch special that is pretty good. The salad is always delicious and the personal pan pizza is great. The garlic bread that comes with it doesn’t make a lot of sense, but it is good too.

If I could give a «zero star» review I would. The pizza we received was disgusting. When we tried to take a piece of pizza, out of the box, to put on our plate, all of the toppings fell off. It’s like to pizza was wet. Nothing but slop. So gross. The bread sticks were stale with no flavor. Worst $ 20 I’ve ever spent.

What happened to this place?! It seems the last few times I have ordered a thin crust pizza it was undercooked. I did not know thin crust could be doughy, but this Pizza Hut seems to have managed it. I am done.

I’m done. Have ordered pizza from here at least 15 or 20 times in a 4 month period. My pizza has been good from here 4 times. All the other times, its been missing toppings, missing most of the sauce, burnt, or just not made correctly all of the other times. If you want to roll the dice on your food, eat here. You will love it IF they get it right, which they probably won’t. Most of the staff is very inconsiderate and moronic. Some employee had her maybe 3 year old kid running in and around the kitchen when I was there, and the cashier couldnt do simple math in her head and ran to get a calculator, she was busy on her phone as well. DO NOT come here, you will probably regret wasting your money.

Horrible experience! They delivered raw chicken wings and when I called to let them know the manager had an attitude and says, it happens all the time and it isn’t raw but rather the bone is red. What? That don’t make any sense especially since I know what RAW chicken looks like. They could kill someone. I told her to just give me the credit and I will NEVER order from this location again. I would have let it go if she had been more cordial.

Food has been good to date and a friendly personable delivery person when needed.

I order a pizza here at least once a week, yes I eat more pizza than any one person should lol. I have to say this pizzahut is good im not saying perfect, with all the orders they make me, they do mess up occasionally but the thing is they always make it right. they dont argue about any mistakes and are friendly. as long as they keep it up Im happy!!!

Pizza was horrible the chicken was cold and the delivery driver swore at me because I did not tip after waiting an hour for my food please avoid this place like the plague and hopefully it will go out of business and something better will take its place

Usually they’re pretty good, but tonight they suck!!! Can’t get a pizza right or cooked! We’re the second customers to have a pizza not make it to the oven! WTF?!

Pizza is usually consistent. Service is terrible. One thing i must add is that I picked up an order to go where one of the pizzas was undercooked. I called to complain once I got home and was credited for it right away. But my main complaint is the staff, most are super rude and you can tell they are annoyed you’re there.

Lousiest restaurant in Apache Junction quit eating here 8 yrs ago because pizzas were undercooked two different orders! Tried the new sliders tonight and got charged $ 1 more because i did a set of the 3 with sausage, black olives, and extra cheese which the Order taker said i get 3 toppings on each! So i inquired with the manager and he claims extra cheese is never a side! Over a $ 1 he lost more customers to this lousy location!

Food is always great, cashier is pretty rude, but prices are good. Always pretty clean in here.
They can hold pretty large groups. last time we were here was for my sons baseball team. We had 34 people 14 kids under the age of 8, and the rest teenagers or adults, they stuck us with one server, which we all felt bad about because he ran himself to death all night, but he got a pretty hefty tip between all of us so hopefully we made up for it.

Worst pizza hut I have ever been to. We have given it several chances and no dice. The main problem is the fact that this location never seems to honor any deals that are in ads and If they do it’s more expensive.

Sad… I stopped in last night and this is what I found; Place was empty, buffet was full but all items were badly dried-​out and looked horrible, table and menu (especially menu) was greasy and sticky. Against my better judgment, I ordered a medium pizza with the stuffed-​crust. My server tells me they are out of medium crust. I ask if they would be adjusting the price of a large (knowing there is only a few cents in wholesale costs between the two) and after he asks the MOD, I get a «no… sorry». OK… I take this opportunity to do what I should have done in the first place. I tell my server just to ring me up for my diet Pepsi. He says «OK» and goes to get my bill. I hear him telling the MOD what’s happening and he soon returns WITH A BILL FOR THE DRINK!!! I paid $ 2.50 for half a diet Pepsi.
Here was an opportunity for any manager with even half a brain to shine and make a customer happy, but failed miserably at every chance. Like I said at the start… SAD! I’m betting the district management would not be pleased!
