RAD does it all. There pickups are on time always. Plus they offer so much more than that. Appliances, shrub’s, can be picked up with a call. There Apache junction facility can receive large items brought in.
They even have a Shred day for all those papers and electronics that you need to safely dispose of on Saturdays, find the time and dates right along with your bill. I recently visited them on a Shred day and was totally happy with the service. When I got there, their was a line of a out 20 cars. Believe it or not I was in and out in 15 minutes, did not cost a dime, and we got free ice cream to boot.

Am very pleased with RAD — missing lid hinge pins were replaced in a timely manner, drivers are very nice, always returning a «wave» back! When I had a leg injury, the driver saw me struggling with my cane & the empty can, he pulled it up the driveway for me! Always have good customer service when I call, with the longest wait being 3 minutes. Grateful for Online Billing=one less thing to remember! Today’s Appreciation Day (1÷16÷16) went real smooth, every associate was very helpful & friendly! Free Shredding benefits the AZ Center for the Blind, which is a nice touch! Thank you Larry, it was nice to visit with you, & the ice cream was truly refreshing!

This morning the service was fantastic. The guy who did our pull off really knew what he was doing and it was perfect. Basically all we had to do was a one minute sweet job of the trailer. In and out of there in under 10 minutes can’t beat it!

I’ve had them for +3 yrs now & they’ve forgotten my can several times! Also are notorious for leaving trash in our streets! Today I have a very full can & once again they’ve failed to empty my can! I called & they said they’d come back in 5 days to pick it up! WHAT? An entire week before they can fix their mistake? That is just unacceptable! I am going to contact the city or see who I can file a complaint with. I’ve tried to speak to Their Manager Jennifer Roloff & left her several messages but she has NOT returned my calls! I need confirmation on when they will come back so I can avoid HOA penalty fees for leaving my can out. What a Mess! Sorry excuse for a business!

They are horrible. The wait time on hold to speak to someone is over 10 minutes everytime. They skipped my house. I called to get them to come back and I was told that they can’t guarantee someone will come back. They screw up and the customer has to suffer because of it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Service is fine. Everytime I have ever called their number it has taken at least 10 mins waiting on hold after their phone tree. They are friendly on the phone but I now have to plan to call. I never got a paper bill in the mail so I couldn’t register online and put off calling to pay my bill for so long I hit with a late fee.

This company SUCKS … you have better choices for trash pick up. Their billing is delayed and their customer service is the WORST. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Bad attitudes, lack luster service, and uncaring people sum up this company. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere !
Called them today and 14 (yes, FOURTEEN) other callers ahead of me … that shows you how understaffed they are and they don’t give a crap.

I have had RAD as my trash company for 4 years. They are always on time, and their facility for dumping is top notch. Very pleased with the service.

Been a customer of RAD for years. Their bill is simple, no surprises. Since setting up service, I only had to call them once because we were moving and it was a great experience. I waited on hold for maybe 3 minutes, the woman that answered the phone was super helpful. Thanks RAD!

Finally, a waste provider that understands customer service!
We discovered Right Away Disposal at this year’s Barrett Jackson Car Auction, which seemed to be the waste sponsor. We ordered both a portable toilet (for the remodeling crew) and roll-​off container for our construction debris. What sold me on the service was guaranteed 24-​hour placement, which we put to test. Called at 1:00 pm on a Monday, and as promised, the container arrived the following morning at 9:30 a.m.
With four weeks of service Right Away Disposal, they’re also know as RAD, excelled with every commitment and expectation thrown at them, they are without a doubt leaps and bounds ahead of their competition in service. Each time our container was serviced the driver took extra time to sweep and clean the pavement prior to placing back in service. The extra customer service paid off and it didn’t go unnoticed by our neighbors. We just noticed a similar container delivered two blocks down for a landscape project.

I have been with them for years. They got so big now its all about money. They cut the service to once a week raised the price’s. Customer service is horrible tried to call them yesterday to cancel 11 calls a head of me. Wrote an e mail to pick up containers that I am canceling my service was informed there is a $ 20.00 fee for the pick up. REALLY its all about money for this company now. Trash is all over the street they don’t care anymore. «GOT TO BIG FOR THE BRITCHES.»
Go with Republic at least you can get a hold of someone and they are pleasant not rude. They are cheaper to

Customer Service is horrible… that is… if you can even get ahold of an agent over the phone. I left a message several times for a can replacement… no return phone call. Have sat on the phone, waiting for an agent to take the call several times… The drivers are great and this is the reason I provide 1 star. Otherwise, their customer service agents are worthless and they deserve no accolades.

Would give 0 stars if possible. This company is awful. They have no idea what they are doing. Somehow they cancelled my service without telling me. When I called a year later to have them pick up some extra tree trimmings they told me I did not have an established account. I mistakenly told them there must be a error because they have been picking up my trash whenever I left it out on the street. She put me on hold and then came back and told me I owe them back pay. I should not have paid it since it was completely their fault. I asked to talk to the manager but suddenly he wasn’t available and they would not help me without me paying them.
A few years ago their trash pick up guy took the tree trimmings I left in the can out and threw them on the ground instead of putting it in the trash truck. I have an HOA so they fine you for that kind of stuff, I can’t believe how unprofessional everyone who works there is. Also they have a terrible website that allows you to pay online but gives no record of HOW MUCH you owe for the billing period and no statements available online. Unfortunately with the monopoly they have on trash pickup I can’t even get rid of them unless I want to manually take trash somewhere.
If I had enough money I’d buy the company just to fire everyone there.

Be careful when you google them the time they show open at 6am. They don’t open until 6:30am. Genius working there would not allow us to weigh in, even though scale was working and start our yard waste off loading. He made us pull out of the facility until 6:30 even though gates were open. Jeremy the guys boss and crew drive garbage trucks for a living so can’t expect to much.

I signed up for RAD a month ago, and was told they offered two pickups a week. WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME, they just stopped picking up on Tuesday. After my full trashcan just sat out ignored on two occasions, I called in. I was told they only do one pickup now, even though the cost is the same.
I’m pretty annoyed that thy charged me for 3 months of twice a week service, and didn’t provide it. I’m even more annoyed they didn’t feel the need to even let me know.
If they were upfront with me on sign up, I would’ve been fine. My issue is that I received half of what I paid for. If this was the plan, why did they keep that from me when I signed up? By the same principle, could they just stop servicing my area altogether and keep my payment since apparently their agreements mean next to nothing?
That is not an honest way to do business. Pay two or thee dollars more and go with someone you can trust.

If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible customer service, they are rude and nasty. One person Michelle said maybe I should take my meds and then hung up on me. They pick up trash in my neighbor hood, I am a renter, trash is provided by the homeowner who is now in foreclosure and not paying her bills. RAD stopped my trash service and would not allow me the renter to start my own service unless I paid the past due balance of the homeowner. They said because I used the service I should pay for it even though the service was set up in the homeowners name and delinquent by the homeowner. Now I have weeks of trash piling up at my house and have to find someplace else to dump my trash!

I choose this company because it was local and I’d rather give my money to small business. But working with Waste Management was much easier and RELIABLE!!! For several months the driver for recyclables wouldn’t pick up. When you call to ask for pickup they can’t do it until the following week so 5 out of 6 weeks we had no pickup. Now my trash pickup is the same… you call and complain and they say it will be next week. Claudia (office manager) said they no longer wanted me as a customer! In this economy you would think that they would want more customers. I wouldn’t complain if someone would do their job!!!

$ 10 for pick up load. No long lines at dump. No long dirt roads to dump site. Unloaded under shade. Go here if in AJ!
