Superstition Harley-Davidson

After a rather large misunderstanding involving several people from various departments, I received a call from Justin, the owner on Monday morning asking me to please come in and speak with him. I did, and not only did he solve the problem quickly, he made me a happy camper. I will continue to bring him my business with confidence.

Bought all my parts at the dealer and installed them on my Harley Dyna and now the service department won’t service it. Wish I had know beforehand I just would have bought a bike they would service. Very disappointed that this was not revealed.

I am a difficult person to deal with. I want what I want exactly how I want it. That being said I enthusiastically recommend that you give these guys a chance to sell you a bike. They bent over backwards, contorted even, to get me my dream bike within my parameters which I can promise you was not easy. Don’t settle for less than you deserve. Visit Superstition HD!

I recently picked up my Street Glide from Superstition Harley. I brought it in for an insurance repair job. I worked with Jack and his team. MJ was also available for me whenever Jack was off. I found both MJ and Jack to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to take advantage of the labor time the insurance company was paying for to upgrade parts and have a little bling installed. Everyone was wonderful about working with me to maximize my savings. So the next morning after dropping my motorcycle off I received a phone call telling me a potential problem we had discussed that I may have been forced to address, was not an issue (saving me several hundreds of dollars). The complete job was done the day before it was promised, so I swung by and brought it home. I always go over my bike whenever someone else has wrenched on it. I found several things they did, that a less reputable shop may have overlooked. Shrink wrapping wires, color matching the wire extensions and adjusting and fitting items perfectly. I only have a couple miles on it since the work was done, but so far I have to say it was a Five star Job by all involved! Thanks!!!

I dig this place. I’ve never experience buying a new bike from them but often shop for parts, accessories and just kicking tires. the parts and sales people have always been very friendly, knowledgable and seem to really believe in their product. I’m kinda spoiled from my local HD dealers on the east coast who had many more customer events and would like to see more from these folks. Otherwise it’s a great place to get your Harley fix!

They have the BEST service department in the area! They will go above and beyond in helping you get your bike fixed, serviced or improved.

Sales person Bob was very helpful. But when it came to financing, won’t mention name, this guy appears to have no integrity or knowledge of his job. He just kept talking trying to convince or confuse me. But he states he has NEVER heard of anything lower than 5% or lower on financing not even on 700+, on HD bikes (PowerSports). I just got something in the mail from HD offering 3.99% and looked on other HD sites and customers praised on getting 3.99 or LOWER through HD (Eagle Mark Financing)!!
So yeah I’m going to a different dealer to give them my business!
