Yard Doctors

I use them for my yard maintainance. If I want them to do something additional all I do is email and they are quick to respond. They do a great job! I would highly recommend!

first off-​this was either the 3^rd or 4^th time they’ve been at our home through our home warrenty for a «spring» clean-​up. You’re wondering-​if you gave them 2 stars why do you keep calling them? Because the other times they did a 4 star job! This time the original gentlemen didn’t come-​3 other men did. I left my husband at home and got a haircut and came home to a mess! They turned every one of one type of cactus into «pineapples» and left broken pieces of the leaves everywhere! Our shrubs, which my husband asked them to trim down about a foot were butchered. cut off all the green and flowers and the remains are now so shocked that I doubt they’ll «come back»! I don’t know why the performance was so different this time. They were very courteous but the yard looks dead, stupid and my husband still had to rake up the leftover branches and leaves…

I can’t really give 1 star because I used these guys for a year. Initially they came from a home warranty, but then we worked out a monthly deal for the same price.
They did a decent job. Showed up every month as scheduled, but as time progressed, their work became very sloppy.
I had to clean up after them every time. They would leave cuttings all over the lawn and in the shrubs. They left a wheelbarrow load of rubbish under the shrubs every visit. They even cut our clothes line down without even a phone call! They left weed killer stains on our patio.
But the worst was that they would blow big swaths of our small rocks into the lawn, leaving large bare spots all over the back yard. Essentially, they just did a very poor job overall.
I would call to complain and the receptionist would say the same thing over and over… that she was so sorry and that the supervisor would call me to rectify the situation. But guess what? He never called. Which was the last straw after they cut our clothesline and didn’t bother to even mention it.
So I cancelled service. If I’m cleaning up after them every visit, why am I paying them? Yes, they are cheap but they do cheap work.

Wow! Contracted by OneGuard Home Warranty service, Yard Doctors was amazing today. They called to let us know they were just running a few minutes late. Lexy, who oversaw the job, took time to verify what work was needed, was extremely accommodating for add-​on work that took easily an extra half hour and was so pleasant and professional. She showed us how we can hopefully save a few of our plants too. Recommended.
