I’d give them no stars if I could. They’ve always done a great job on my husband’s shirts. No complaints there. But they lost an item of mine and did pay to replace it. They then lost 2 items of mine but found them about 2 weeks later. They recently ruined a dress of mine and are refusing to pay me the replacement cost. It was a $ 90 dress that I picked up the day before I was leaving for a wedding and it was ruined. I had to run to Dillard’s and find another dress! Very stressful.

Needed a reasonably priced dry cleaner for simple pants and jacket. They have a different address on their website so I called to confirm that they were in Apex. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and accommodating. However, it went downhill from there. Even though they tagged three stains on two pairs of pants, when we picked them up the stains were still there. The woman didn’t even apologize. She just stuck more stain tags on the pants and said they would try to get the stains out again. The pants were nicely creased. Just wish they would’ve let us know that they couldn’t get the stains out. It cost us a trip and extra time going back again.

Customer no service. Came today to get starched shirts picked up. I’m told. Thy can’t do heavy starch and to find another cleaners. You bet I will and tell everyone.

I was a regular customer for almost a year (in at least once every two weeks). I have to say it wasn’t worth the cheaper price. Broken buttons, blame place on me when I had a complaint, unfriendly service. The new manager is nicer than the last guy but I don’t think he’s empowered to do very much. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

If you are looking for service with a smile, go somewhere else… First few times it was ‘ok’ I realized they were charging 50 cents per invoice allowing 12 items per invoice… But they wouldn’t put shirts and pants on same one. They did it once for me when I asked them why they wouldn’t put on one invoice, but then subsequent times refused. I don’t need the 50 cents but for principal I am no longer a customer– go to apex dry cleaners at least they smile…

Horrible unpredictable service! We dropped off a bed comforter to be dry cleaned. A week later, they said it wasn’t ready and to come back in a few days. We waited another week, and today (2 wks since drop off) they say it’ll be back «tomorrow.»
Don’t use them unless 2 – 3 weeks is an acceptable timeframe for you… #FAIL
