I switched to Bland Landscaping several years ago and continue to use them after moving. They provide mowing and maintenance and have done several projects of varying size for us. From the top down (Kurt and Matt Bland) this company is loaded with professionals. They seem expensive when compared to others but they deliver — and THAT is value added in my opinion. They price things so they can spend the time needed to provide the proper care for your property.
Unlike landscape contractors we’ve used in the past these folks are pro-​active and have made incredible improvements in the look of our property. They learn what is important to you and follow through with results. These folks know their craft, stand by their work and deliver results.

Bland Landscaping struck my HVAC PVC drain pipe at the side of the house, breaking it and allowing water to leak into my home. When I brought this to their attention the day after they were in my community it took 9 days for a response at which time they said «we haven’t noticed any new scratches on our mowers and since you’ve already fixed the pipe we can’t determine liability». I had a 3^rd party insurance adjuster review my home and the damage (including the pipe, which they never bothered to look at) and it was determined they were unquestionably liable and their insurer is now paying ($ 2,300 in damages which doesn’t completely cover everything). They were unresponsive, evasive and completely dishonest in their dealings with me on what should have been a simple to resolve issue. This has also caused my home repairs to be delayed over 2 months due to me having to fight this battle. Do not do business with Bland Landscaping.
