Not perfect, but willing to work with you throughout!
Our family home had a plumbing issue which flooded half of the house and left the floors, fixtures, and walls damaged… disaster indeed. CRC was on top of it and handled the situation well with our insurance provider. They weren’t perfect– delays in getting the new plumbing fixture left us frustrated in the reconstruction phase of the project. But to err is human, and they gained my 5 star recommendation by being flexible, honest, and determined to make amends for the delays. In the end, the house was fixed to better than the original condition and they took care of other things out of their own pocket. This showed me that they really cared, which is truly rare in the industry. Thanks CRC for your efforts and your good work– I’d highly recommend them in case you need a friend to call on for a disaster.

I had a very positive experience with Cary Reconstruction. Their estimator, Alex, met me at my house and very professionally and patiently answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the steps necessary to repair the bathroom leak and mold damage in my home and Cary Restoration’s role in getting everything back to normal. I really appreciated his candor and advice.
Alex was also very responsive in sending me an estimate for the repairs. I received it in less than one business day.
I would highly recommend calling Cary Reconstruction if you have some type of unexpected damage to your home, but you’re not exactly sure who to call.
