If I could use negative stars I would. I specifically made an appointment on later Saturday due to having teenagers. They called to change it to early morning. I was NOT happy. That is was in Oct. by February we finally got to see the proofs. OHMYGODTHEYWEREAWEFUL. I was embarrassed for her not me. Note, that during this time most photos were missing’s, they claimed it was because they switched programming editors. They said they were going to get back to me when they found the other photos and would put them on their website. Another month goes by, I tell them I was never was able to get on the website. For all the problems they offer a free 8×10 of whatever photo. Still not able to get their website, they call and start telling me I was wrong. I walk through with them what has happened and in 2 seconds they fixed it(and yes it was a problem on their end). Find the remaining photos – and again, just as bad. My goal was to get a shot of the kids then me with my kids. it turned out to get what I wanted I would have to edit from 3 – 4 photos. At that rate it didn’t’ seem to make sense to me. I can’t tell you enough HOWAWEFULTHEYWERE. you would be better off going to Wal-Mart or a DIY photo shop editor. It is well past a year since the original photo-shoot. The promised 8×10? that has not happened either. I asked if I could get my money back from the photo shoot. Nothing. PLEASEDON“T WASTE your time or money.

We used Kim for a family photo around Christmas. It is now the end of May, and we have finally received our photo and it is well… okay. Her outdoor studio in the summer I am sure is beautiful. The indoor studio left a bit to be desired. She struck us as very unorganized. Her cost was extremely high for the end product. While I think she has talent, with all of the photographers in the area, you can certainly get much more for your money elsewhere.
