I just had another visit with Dr. Shah in Apex. I hate to see this practice get two bad reviews as my experience has never even been close to those. My son and I are both patients here and now my husband. I’ve referred them to several people and hopefully LeCann will have a few more positive reviews soon. I love the dentist and the hygienist I had yesterday. The hygienists are always so friendly and make conversation. Even though I don’t have anxiety about going to the dentist I feel that they would help anyone that is apprehensive of going. Thank you for being a great options for dentistry in Apex! I’m thankful to have a local option.

My whole family comes here to the Apex location. Staff is really friendly and I can’t say we’ve ever had a complaint. There’s really not anything bad we have to say about this office. Procedures all went well and we’re usually quick and as painless. Billing has never been an issue and entire staff is super nice. If you’re insurance covers you here definitely go see them.

Horrible experience. I had my last films sent from my last dentist. According to the hygienist, they must have gotten «thrown away. It happens all the time». Huh? Bad teeth cleaning. Pressured to have a procedure done I’d never heard of. Asked the dentist 3 times to explain, never got an answer. Not going back. Ever.
