Leith Nissan – Service

Service department excellent. Always greeted with a smile and they do the job in a timely fashion. Good management, good people.

The service here is fantastic! Before my Nissan I had a Lexus, the service I get from Leith Nissan is as good! Also, the price point is the same as any oil and lube place. The difference is, I can trust Leith Nissan to use quality product and do the job properly. I once had service at a oil and lube place and they forgot to tighten the oil plug! So, I only use Leith Nissan. You should consider it too.

Quick update on my earlier review as I couldn’t help but feel a little gypped when the check engine light came on in my car just two weeks into ownership. Admittedly, probably not the dealer’s fault… but the following kind of is. I took it to a repair shop who told me two things I felt the dealer should have first.
1) A warranty on the car exists for 4 years or 50k miles. The dealer told me that it was 3 years and 30k, that the warranty period had passed, and then tried to sell me on their warranty. Sketch.
2) The car has no spare tire in it. I guess this is partially on me because I didn’t check and just assumed. But since a spare is sort of a safety feature, seems like they might’ve mentioned it was missing to me prior to purchase.
