Nice, clean place to get your nails done. I got the deluxe spa pedicure done, very accommodating technicians here. Hannah was very nice and did a little bit of extra scrubbing and massaging when I asked her to, she’s got magic hands and gives a mean massage! The only reason I give this 4 stars is that am not very impressed with the quality of the lotion and nail color used.

We just moved from NY and have been doing my nails there, im so worried that i would never find another person as good as my nail tech. I was right., because I found the best nail tech ever. I wont mention her name, yes because im selfish. This explains why there’s very limited reviews here in Unilocal,I guess people don’t want to share the top notch service they’re getting here., can’t blame them. But this place is off the hook. Pool of very talented nail techs here and awesome customer service.
Went there with my daughter., and we both left extremely satisfied.

Ken did a wonderful job on my manicure and pedicure. I will absolutely be going back to him next time.

I’ve been here twice now, and I have to say, for someone who is use to having everything available to her in a 5 block radius, the 25 minute drive is completely worth it.
I stumbled upon Nail Café while looking for another highly recommended mani/​pedi place in Apex. (Sometimes these strip malls all start to look the same). I walked in and realized they were about to close in 15 minutes, and asked for a quick color change due to timing. They told me not to worry and to get whatever I wanted. I got a full mani pedi and they did not rush me at all. Even though at one point they were closing up shop and I got up to leave. They insisted i wait until my nails were really dry. It was so nice to get such awesome service, really 100% by them.
The color stayed longer than other places I have tried, and prices are comparable. (Plus the massage chairs actually work!)

I called around 6:45 hoping to get a manicure. They close at 7 but said that if I show up within the next 5 – 10 minutes I could get a manicure.
I got in and the place is clean, neat, organized and smells fresh instead of like a typical salon (chemical smell). There was absolutely no pushing and shoving for upgrades like acrylics or gel nails, or even shellac polish. This made me feel much more comfortable and I opted myself to try the shellac polish because I’ve never done it before and I’ve heard great things about it.
Let me back up: my nails were trimmed and filed perfectly. Nothing crooked and my nails actually all matched. This seems to be a rarity when I get manicures. My cuticles were trimmed perfectly, the hand massage felt great, the sugar scrub made my hands smell like citrus and then came the shellac part. They have rows and rows of color options and brand types (OPI and CND are the two I remember off hand): I picked a glittery-​pink color, the application process was simple and easy. My nails still look great and should last for around 2 weeks.

In need of a quick brow wax this afternoon while the hubby was home with the baby, I popped in Nail Café in the Lowe’s Foods shopping center at Olive Chapel Rd & Hwy 55. My neighbor has had numerous good experiences there so I figured it was worth a shot (especially after my less than stellar experience at European Wax Center and inability to find a «regular spot» to get my brows waxed in Apex). My eyebrows are light and grow back quickly so I’m not very picky when it comes to a brow wax but price and service are pretty important to me. I walked in Nail Café at about 5pm and walked out at about 5:10 with a good brow wax. No complaints in regards to the price or service. The lady that did the waxing was very quiet but quick and efficient and only charged me $ 8! That’s half the price you pay 2 minutes away at European Wax Center and during my one experience at the Wax Center, I had to wait about 10 minutes and I felt she could’ve taken more off when doing my brow wax. It definitely wasn’t worth paying twice as much (if I hadn’t used a coupon, I believe it would have been $ 16). Needless to say, I will definitely be back to Nail Café for my next brow wax!

I should start by saying that I have never had my nails/​toe nails done at this location. I have gone in for a waxing. I have gone to this location on countless times because it is convenient to my house. I always get my eyebrows waxed. The prices are about the same as everywhere else and the staff is knowledgeable. The last time I went in for a wax the lady asked me if I was interested in having my eyebrows threaded instead. I tried and now am hooked. Threading does not hurt much more than waxing and lasts longer. I was so impressed that the lady asked me about threading because she actually lost money on the deal. When I went to pay I found out that threading is actually cheaper. I will continue going to this location! I actually think I should make an appointment soon.
