Premier One Automotive

One of the challenges one faces when relocating somewhere new is building a new network of service providers you can trust. Finding an honest, trustworthy, quality mechanic is one of them. After doing some extensive research on local mechanics around Apex/​Cary, I decided to try Premier One after reading some positive reviews on Brian and his shop. And I’m glad I did! Have been going back for all my automotive work ever since.
I’ve needed a few things done on my cars over the last year, and Premier One has done a fine job each time. Brian, the owner, and Chase, the manager are both honest, down-​to-​earth, professional, and dedicated to providing the best for their customers. This was apparent when I first dealt with them. They won’t feed you a bunch of BS and recommend a ton of unnecessary stuff that «needs» to be done, using scare tactics that so many other garages use. In one case, I had a special situation with my suspension, and Brian worked with me to get the job done. As far as cost, their prices are competitive.
Quality of work and customer service go a looong way when you’re spending hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars on your car. I definitely recommend giving Brian and Chase a try.

They are honest, very knowledgable. I have had work done in my wife’s Audi q7 3 times and all surpassed my expectations. Brian is very meticulous about his work and his shop. The shop is very clean and professional.
Do yourself a favour and save time and money and just bring your car to Premier 1.
