I always enjoy going to this location as the people very friendly and very knowledgeable and they seem to always have items in stock.

Have been here many times and I have been through a whole circle when it comes to requirements. In all the aspects, I have had good customer experience. I did order online and picked up at the store — the process was seamless. Their website will tell you where you can find whatever you are looking for. I used their moving boxes and bubble wrap. Found them to be more sturdier and cheaper than the ones in Lowe’s. Couple of times, I didn’t have the patience or didn’t know what I was looking for. In both those cases, the staff were friendly and helpful in guiding me. Their recommendations has worked most of the times. These days, I look to find whatever I need from Home Depot. More often than not, I find it there. Bottom line: Good hardware store for all your needs.

I always have great service here. the attendants come up and say hello. there is always someone around to ask questions. If you do not know where an item is you are looking for, they will take you right to the item if you ask. I never had a bad visit here.

Worst experience ever! I bought a lawn mower, used it 4 times and the pull start cord broke. I tried to take it back and exchange it and the store manager, Ed Nice, just gave me the party line about a 30 day return policy. It’s a Honda mower these are supposed to last for years… but mine broke within 2 months. Mr. Nice was not helpful at all and even went to lunch while I was still deliberating with Home Depot corporate… unbelievable! Another employee even accused me of using the mower commercially… I felt like a criminal, when all I was trying to do was cut my grass. Since Mr Nice took off, I was fortunate to deal with the manager on duty, Michael, he was as helpful as he could be given his manager’s over watch. He even offered to show up to cut my grass for me. I need to offer Michael a job. Michael delivered my semi repaired lawn mower to me at work in his personal vehicle… amazing. I’m grateful to Michael, but I still need to take this thing to a repair shop and wait two weeks for a fix. This is ridiculous, after spending $ 500 two months ago. Way to go Mr. Nice, you lost a customer for life, but you did help your bottom line. Next time I’ll go to Lowes.

Poor follow up by Home Depot. Took 3 weeks to have siding repainted Left several messages with outside sales manager, no response. Nobody with HD seems to care once they have a problem to deal with. Beware!

This is the first time I have almost been annoyed by how many Home Depot associates asked if I needed any help. Which is much better than the alternative/usual Home Depot experience. Sometimes Home Depot can be a very lonely place, but not this one!

Staff is very friendly here. There seems to be an associate when you need to ask a question. One downside, which some may not think is a fault, is sometimes you feel overwhelmed when coming into the store and there are 3 – 4 associates standing there greeting you.
