Triangle Visions was recommended to me by a friend when I first moved here, and I am very glad. My son and I both get our checkups and glasses here and all of the doctors and staff take very good care of us. Always pleasant and professional. They offer very good deals on your glasses too, and while they make a point to inform of you of all the upgrades and choices you have, they don’t try to pressure you to make a big sale. So you can always decide what is best for you and your budget. Also, my active 9 year son old messes up his glasses fairly often and they always repair them quickly and cheerfully. I am very glad I found Triangle Visions of Apex.

I have never experience such poor customer relationship management from a health care facility. Phone calls are never answered, messages are left but are never returned, and they leave you on hold for 15 min at a time if they do answer. Weeks have gone by since I ordered my contact prescription and they have still not come in.

My first eyecare experience and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. They took time to address my questions and introduce my options.

My child has been going to this practice since he was in kindergarten and in desperate need of glasses. We have seen both optometrists and they are courteous, professional and experienced. I did not have the same experience the previous reader had at all. If you go to their webpage and read the 4 pages of reviews there, then you will see that other people were satisfied. And no, I do not work for them. I just appreciate what they have done for my son and feel the other review was a little harsh.

It’s literally a «family» clinic as the two listed optometrists are husband and wife. Unfortunately, «family» does not automatically mean a good business. And it turns out not that great. Had a kid with myopia and called to make appointment. Surprised to find that we could make an appointment any time on any date. The place was cozy, clean, and quiet, with quite a few good magazines and newspapers. Basically no waiting and was zoomed through the whole exam process. The wife was the only op there, and we were hurried through everything. Can’t even recall she gave us any opportunities to ask questions. And when we tried to ask a few questions, replies were basically polite, but curt and impatient. For example, asking why young kids can get myopia, «it happens» and asking what are some major factors causing myopia, «it varies.» The devices and equipment are few, old, and not advanced at all and miles behind the machines for my eye exam later at another clinic. Glass frames selection was about average and can’t remember if the staff was helpful or not in choosing good glasses. When we’ve got everything done and walk out the door, we were the ONLY people(other than their own) there during the whole time. Also, didn’t see anyone leaving when we first drove in or anyone coming when we drove out. Conclusion: not recommended.
