Sold out of Tamiflu. Annoying. Altogether it’s a pretty decent pharmacy since it is my «neighborhood pharmacy». They never seem to be slow but it is annoying that they ask me for a CVS card every single time. I don’t have a CVS card, don’t want to CVS card, and don’t really care about a CVS card. Thanks but no thanks. If all you really want is my email address why not just say so LOL

It is very unusual for them to get my prescriptions correct, and in the correct quantities, or even have in stock the meds I use every month. about 1 month in 7 it’s been aggravation-free.

Because I have given a relatively poor review previously I feel obligated to update my review. Recently the customer service has greatly improved but I am not using their pharmacy service so my review isn’t exactly comparing apples to apples or drugs to drugs. I do use the store for many other items snd have found them helpful and accommodating to the customer which is what customer service is all about right?

It kinda seems unfair that the rest of the store gets the same rating for the pharmacy’s inadequacies. Since you can’t list the pharmacy apostate from the only part I use, the store, I figured I’d let people know that this is a perfectly nice CVS and not to be deterred by the low star ratings. It’s clean. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The beer and wine prices are actually fantastic when on sale. 2 Liters of Carlo Rossi(the house wine in most restaurants) is only $ 10. It’s 24 hours so you can get tummy or headache meds when you’re feeling bad. Late night cravings. A beauty emergency or a sudden period start. Hey whatever! I’ve been here plenty and never had a bad experience.

I love that this is 24 hours so even when I fly in from NY late at night I can go straight there and pick up milk(only to realize I have frozen containers at home already :)), cereal, vitamins, even Campbell’s Chili, and sundry items from batteries to cables to WD40. Always very helpful staff.

Pharmacy review of drive up Okay so my insurance info was an added to my script and my script was going to cost me more and I was asked to drive out of the drive up so she could add my insurance info and rebill me and then wanted to take the car behind me rather than finish with me. Terrible service you guys should finish with the customer you started with first! NOT make a customer wait twice as long because of your errors.

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Just moved here and needed a prescription filled for my dog and her eye drops due to local vet not carrying it. My vet called 3 times and all 3 times they had nothing on file. Asked for pharmacist and he found a note sitting by the computer dated over 2 weeks ago. Secondly, I needed a prescription filled and they gave it to a gentleman with the exact same name as mine taking the exact same medication. So I asked them to fill it and they said no because they needed to verify with my doctor to fill it, I said huh? To top it off this was a Saturday and we had to wait until Monday. You can’t make this stuff up. Not only that, everyone behind the counter are grumpy as hell. Wish there was a Walgreens closer.

This CVS Pharmacy seems to be understaffed. Despite their best efforts at being congenial when interacting with customers, there is a detectable undercurrent of «not so happy». So, I have awarded the Company the 2 stars, their staff deserves better. They went through a seemingly frustratingly long computer process in order to correct my insurance information for me, which I was not aware had changed, and the young lady who handled that did it with a smile. There were long lines of people dropping off and picking up when I have been there, so any insurance glitches make a big impact as after resolution one has to join the end of the line again, the moral I guess is to check your insurance periodically to make sure they haven’t changed the rules.

EVERYTIME i have a prescription sent here there is ALWAYS an issue, they either don’t «receive» it or they key in the wrong pick up time. I have even had them call me and tell me script is ready and when i get there they say they don’t have it done. I am so over this place, i keep giving them chances because they have evening hours and a drive thru but I am done. Publix never gives us this problem and they fill your prescriptions in a reasonable amount of time.

This place is very busy during the day, and empty at night — when I’m usually here. Nothing crazy to note, besides everyone is pretty friendly and the store just got a refresh, so it looks nicer.
