I know the owners and trust them. When I wanted to add more memory to my laptop, the only place I considered was East Bay IT. They added a huge chunk of memory to my laptop for a very fair price, and didn’t try to up-​sell me on anything like other places might have done. They finished the job on time and my laptop was ready when promised. Totally recommend them! :)
