The word«Express» is meaningless. There were only 2 people in the waiting room, yet I waited an hour there and another hour in the exam room. I would have waited longer in the exam room, but I came out and asked somebody what was going on. Although the doctor had called in a prescription for me, the staff left me waiting in there for nothing. This was even after I told them I had another appointment and had to get moving. Didn’t feel the place was all that sanitary.

Horrible place. Nasty attitude by the female physician. You can’t question her knowledge or diagnosis of you without getting attitude. They don’t call in all of your prescriptions and when you call to ask why, they get an attitude. I had the shingles once and I was misdiagnosed with the flu and given the wrong meds. So glad I moved from this area! Stay clear, people!

Worst place you could ever go! I made the mistake of taking my 4year here after a insect sting, apparently he was in anaphylaxis shock, he was swelling and turning blue while we were told to wait to get him weighed in. Then they wasted more time by telling me they couldn’t help us and we needed to go to sun city er. The doctor looked at him in the waiting area and clearly you could see the symptoms. Yet they did not act Urgent in any way even to call 911 for us when they knew they couldn’t treat pediatric emergencies. I called 911, myself and my son was stabilized by the Apollo beach paramedics and transported to Tampa General.

Visited the clinic this morning and the front desk staff was pleasant. The back-office staff and doctor were upbeat and pleasant. The facility was clean and not smelling like a hospital. They offer free coffee and and there is plenty of seating in the front area. The rooms were clean and tidy. The doctor had great bedside manners, which was a plus when you aren’t feeling well. For those of you who are not insured by an insurance plan, they have their prices posted on the wall — so there’s no surprises. I would visit this facility again. I had insurance, so my co-pay was $ 50.00 for my first office visit($ 155 first time office visit price for non-insured, $ 145 for existing patient — non-insured). I received my prescription and I filled it at Sam’s club — 5 hours later, after taking the medicine, I am feeling better.
