I love this salon they did a fantastic job on my hair, I have gone there many times and have had great customer service

This is a good location for me being so close to home and definitely a savings over my old salon in South Tampa, I started with Charlene and she is great matching color, and I switched to Jason, due to scheduling flexibility. I’m in the maintenance phase of my color that I started in south tampa. I normally get my dark hair lightened and I add highlights. So things are going well not sure if they will be as ready for when I make my color change but we will see and I will update my review when I do that. Tangle Me Knot is a little smaller and there’s less conveniences here which translates into savings so it all depends on the type of experience you’re looking to have while getting your hair done. My south tampa salon serves cappuccinos, or cake or fresh fruit and have semi private areas for different services. This location is one big open floor plan so if you’re getting your hair washed, cut, colored or you are just checked in our checking out everyone can see & hear what’s going on. All in all a good choice competent staff members that genuinely do their best.

I like this salon for ladies color that is advanced. Since moving here and getting my highlights done here my hair is looking much, much better than it has before! I send ladies here all the time who are tired of driving to Tampa. All the ladies here do an A+ job! Very professional color service!

I visited this salon for the first time last week and I wasn’t disappointed. I was going to another salon in Riverview but I wanted something closer to home and had heard many good things about Tangle Me Knot on a local Facebook page. Danielle was my stylist… she listened to my wants and added in her professional thoughts and I ended up walking out a very happy customer. Besides the great cut and highlights I received I was also happy with the friendly, attentive staff, the calm yet happy atmosphere (no fluorescent lights!), and the salon was the cleanest I’ve ever been in. The bonus was the mimosas being offered!

Danielle was my hair tech today and she was great. She’s young so if she’s good now… she’ll just keep getting better! She did such an awesome job on my color… she looked at my pictures and listened to what I said. She trimmed and shaped up my style… she wasn’t overly chatty which I love but still she was very friendly. I honestly talked enough for the both of us. She didn’t try to over sell me on product… she mentioned a few good things that I might want to give a try and then she let it go. I am more likely to stop in when I run out of shampoo and buy it from her because of that.
I really think my hair looks great and the price was good too. Give it a go if you’re looking for a new place.

This place is amazing! I’ve never been in love with any salon before but I’m a convert! I’ve always hated getting haircuts, always nervous, rarely happy. But not here! Charlene is amazing, and sweet as can be. Everyone’s friendly. I trust them completely. I leave thrilled with my cuts! That’s never been the case for me anywhere else. And a cup of coffee, mimosa or glass of wine sure doesn’t hurt. I’ve taken friends from out of town for walk-​ins and recommended to others in the area and everyone’s response is the same… they’re fantastic!!!

I decided to try Tangle Me Knot as I was unable to get into the salon I normally visit. Tangle me Know is a very nice, comfortable, high end salon. However, the lady that cut my hair, Jenna, had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. She could easily fit in with a low end salon, but upscale… no way. Not only did Jenna bad mouth the salon I normally visit, she also talked down about the person who normally cuts my hair… who she later admitted she’d never met. She also hates Redken products as she mentioned that about 20 times.
Jenna touched me multiple times on the shoulder, arm, and thigh when talking to me. No respect for person space at all. She also spent 95% of the appointment talking about herself.
I will say this though, she did a decent haircut. However, I will NEVER allow her to spend any time with me or my hair in the future.
But again, the salon is nice. They even offer you an adult beverage to enjoy while you’re having your service done. Just avoid Jenna unless you enjoy spending time with self absorbed people.
