one word: FRAUD… stay away! NOT worth the thousands of dollars for a cheap, 500 calorie diet plan… they show you it AFTER you sign papers and they lie telling you«if your doc says it’s not a good plan for you, we will refund your money.» Total CoN

I did not experience any lies or anything else I have read from other reviews but I did have some frustrations — not from the program but the lack of understanding of the program and lack of my patience. All I can do is give an honest report of my experience in hopes of helping others out there. I began the program in February 2015 with 33 pounds to lose. I am the type of person who will follow exactly what I am told to do. I have to admit that I did not give the initial video my full attention and so I probably missed some important information. I was given my supplements and my journal but I didn’t truly ask questions I should have in regards to the food plan. I figured that the calorie goals were marked clearly, my proteins, vegetables and fruits were listed with calorie count so I was set to go. Let me be clear — 500 – 800 calories a day doesn’t seem like much because of what Americans are used to eating but in following this meal plan I was actually full and often could not finish my food. Anyway, the first day I lost 3 pounds and I was ecstatic. I continued to lose a pound a day until day 8. I stayed at that weight for 5 days and was getting frustrated so I went back in for support. This is where I found out that I didn’t pay as close attention to how the food works as I had thought. There is a specific method in which you should plan out your food — easy change, no big deal. The next day I had lost 2 pounds. Then I got stuck again so I went back for more support which is when I was rescanned to find out if my supplements needed changed and if there were foods on my list that were not sitting so well for me — yes we all have food aversions and yes there were changes needed — again, easy — no problem. By day 26 I had lost a total of 12 pounds — definitely not where I thought I would be — and then bronchitis hit and I was put on antibiotics which means a temporary halt to that part of the program but I was told that I could go into the next phase while I was on antibiotics. Honestly, I was so frustrated at that point that I decided not to continue… until I saw the true results of the program. I will tell you in shame that I immediately ate half a pizza and about 3 large brownies. The next day I had lost 2 pounds! Two days of horrible processed food and I had lost 4 pounds. I had done the program long enough for my body to start to find fat burning mode and that was when I started to understand more about the program and the effects. By day three my body started reacting as it should to eating bad food, so I went into the next phase which has a a more lenient meal plan, started losing weight again and started looking at the numbers from the weekly weigh ins differently — you cannot just look at the weight — you have to look at the ratio of all of the numbers. One of the things I found out was causing me to plateau is that I was actually drinking too much water — yes there is such a thing because as soon as I calculated my water correctly the weight came off easier. I will admit to you that I never did go back completely into that first phase but I have maintained a healthy diet based off the food plan and found better balance and not only have I kept the weight off — I have lost more — I am only 6 pounds from my initial goal weight and still receiving support from the staff at the Waterford office. My advice to others, especially those who get frustrated easily to the point of giving up, is simply to follow it through. I’m sure that if I had gone back into the first part of the program after my antibiotics were done that I would have hit my goal weight long ago. Find out as much as you can about how the program works, ask the questions, find a staff member that you are comfortable with and just do it. Your health, happiness and long life is worth it.

$ 2000-worth of lies. They won’t discuss any specifics until you pay, force you to pay in full and feed you lies and false promises. They advertise doctor support and supervision –lie! I didn’t meet with any doctors there. No one gives a damn about you or your progress. Those daily support texts and phone calls they promise? I didn’t receive a single one! After 15 days I lost a TOTAL of 3 lb even though I am extremely careful to follow instructions and do exactly as I am told. Unfortunately I also lost my medication on day 15, but when I went there and asked for a replacement they tried to rip me off even further and force me to pay for the whole program again! When I asked to see their director –they brought in a nurse pretending to be a director. EVERYTHINGWAS A LIE!!! Save your money and time, you can have better results with any other program! I would give it a negative score if that was possible! Will definitely file a complaint with Better Business Bureau!
