I was recommended by Real Property Management, Inc to use their cleaning services to help clean my house. The technician did not complete the job and were told to come back and finish the job. The technician also used some chemicals that made it smell and there were stains that were not there previously. The owner of the property also did not approve of their work. This company charged me over $ 587.00 to do work on a two-​story townhome. Please stay away from this company. They are not accredited by the BBB of CFL and do not have references on their website to legitimize the quality of their work.

I used Carpet Valle when I moved out of my old apartment. It was the carpet cleaning place that my complex suggested, so I called and scheduled them to come out and clean my carpets for move out.
They only charge you $ 69.95 for the entire apartment to be cleaned. I’ve never had carpets cleaned before, but after looking at other places, this seemed the most reasonable for the entire apartment.
The carpet cleaning man showed up at my apartment and assured me it would only take an hour or so, so I left my apartment so I didn’t hang around.
I came back nearly 40 minutes later, expecting him to be finishing up, and he had left completely. He left my apartment unlocked… which kind of upset me because we don’t live in the best area but I guess he couldn’t just sit around and wait for me to come back. I just expected an hour cleaning to take… you know… an hour.
My carpets were cleaned very nicely and smelled terrific. Let them dry a bit and they are as good as new! My light carpets were cleaned of everyday stains!

I used Carpet Valle at my apartment community and always had a fantastic experience. Travis was the normal tech that came out, and I would always recommend him for anything.
Carpet Valle was always relatively timely and fair in price.

My apartment community recommended Carpet Valle. When I called them the price was double what the apt office said it should be. I booked it none the less and was told a crew would arrive between 9 and 12 the next morning; that I would receive a phone call 45 minutes prior to their arrival. The next day I got a call at 8:45. I returned the call at 9:04 and was told the crew already came and left… if I wanted my carpets cleaned it would have to be in the afternoon or next day. I said I thought I had 45 minutes. The dispatcher spoke with the girls who make the calls: they lied and said they called at 8am. I said I would use another company. Highly unprofessional and a waste of my time.
