Evergreen Lawn & Pest Control

We changed from another lawn service that we had had for a year to Evergreen service. We went with Evergreen and we have been very happy with the responsiveness of the office to our questions and are very pleased with our Technician Chris. We recently had questions about the lawn and their sales person Tom came out to speak with us. We were surprised to see him as we expected only a return phone call. He walked the property with myself and my husband and addressed our questions.
Our Technician Chris is just the best. He is always on time, professional and does a great job with our landscaping and lawn. He always talks to us about anything he sees with the lawn and has never hesitated to answer my questions. He always has a smile and is a delightful person. He really enjoys his job and gives exemplary customer service. We look forward to being with Evergreen Lawn and Pest Control company for a long time. Give them a try and I think you’ll agree that this is a company with people that goes the extra mile for their customers.

So disappointed! I had the service for almost 3 years. Initially my lawn looked great but starting about 3 months ago I developed brown patches that eventually died. During the three months I called and followed all the suggestions they gave regarding mowing and watering. It continued to deteriorate and every time I spoke with the technicians they always blamed watering schedule (essentially pass the blame on me). I tried to give them a chance because at one point it looked amazing. I even bought sod and spent a Saturday replacing the dead areas. Finally a week ago after another call a supervisor came out and ran out of excuses so he ends up telling me my lawn had an expiration date (it’s palmetto St Augustine) and it was my fault it looked bad because the type of grass I purchased. I still don’t know what’s wrong with my lawn hopefully it will recover. I would not recommend this service they’re only good as long as your lawn is healthy. If problems arise they have no idea what they are doing. Which is the reason to have a lawn service.

I’ve been happy with their services over the last ten years. They handle a half dozen properties I manage and they always seem to do a good job of handling the lawns.
