I would have to say I would not recommend this company I call them with a problem with my Kenmore front load washer, I had done my research online and found that there were several errors with the suds & F 35 code that just required the actual trap underneath the washing machine to be cleaned. I asked them to do that for a $ 79 home visit when the repairman called me I was told that the part was now $ 200, time and labor was $ 192 and he’d never once even step foot at my house and looked at my problem. When I actually took off the cover for a $ 1.49 part that I got at Home Depot I was able to clean the trap remove the error and put my washing machine back together. do not do business with this company they seem to only want to sell you parts and expensive labor.
