Upon the recommendation of a neighbor, took my Miata to Russell Automotive to fix a rough running problem that another local shop was unable to diagnose/​fix. Russell determined the root cause of the problem within an hour and had the repair completed the same day. Steve kept me informed as the repair progressed. I am completely satisfied with the work and the cost. I would highly recommend Russell. They have my business.

Took both my vehicles for service at Russell Automotive. For most part the service was straight forward. For what I could tell, they determined the problem and didn’t try to over sell on any services. Steve is to the point and does not sugar coat anything (it is what it is). The only cons I could perceive were his inability to explain problems at your level of expertise, and the cost. They are not overly expensive by no means, but cheap service is not their «forte» either. Hopefully ill get what i paid for and have Russell Automotive to thank for.
