Have not used many services offered but when I drop off packages it’s less than a minute, and they are sure to give a receipt. Love it!

Went there to ship out a prepaid return package. The manager processed the return the told me a I needed to pay for a 1 inch piece of tape and the cost would be $ 1.50. I had no money on me and there was a $ 5 minimum payment to use a credit card. I asked her if she could please just give me the inch for tape. She replied NO firmly stating company needs my $ 1.50 to cover costs of 1 inch of tape. I said the postal office would give that to me for free and has in the past. She said I should then go there. She has absolutely no customer service. I was asking about postal boxes and was considering using them. Forget about it. She and this UPS Store can do without my business and anyone else who believed customer service is dead in this business.

Should be labeled «customer no-​service» the positive review is the owner of this franchise store. Extremely rude and nickel & dime you on everything. Will gladly drive twice as far to not have to deal with them again.

Great UPS store. Charlotte has been working for long and very sincere, honest and good work ethics lady. Way to go. She really loves her job. She is a great asset to any UPS store.
Bhavesh Patel — they call him «bobby is awesome and great owner. he can tell and do things such in a super fast manner. He is highly knowledgeable, knows the job well. he really means business and knows how to handle different type of customers.
They can take things and handle multiple task at the same time. Highly capable and efficient store.
