AAA is great to have when you need towing or roadside assistance. I think all young people especially young girls need roadside assistance. My sister has always had AAA just in case something happens and she needs help. I like to think we could help her or she could change her own tire but you can’t always be there. She got in a situation one day on the way to school and AAA came to the rescue in less then 15 minutes. The rates are fair and the service is helpful. We didn’t have any rate increase after her use of the towing and she was grateful that they came so fast. Getting discounts at stores and hotels is great too. I always ask for a AAA discount before I book my rooms. They have a lot of discount offers for traveling when you go in the office. Car insurance rates are getting better too.

Every employee is amiable and courteous. They can be funny if you’re funny, serious if you’re serious or extremely goal oriented if you are(I’ve eavesdropped on some of their conversations). Emulating the customer’s emotions and needs makes their agents pretty freakin rad. I haven’t had to utilize either a claim on my insurance nor the towing service, but I trust I’ll still be treated in a similar fashion if I need to.

We have roadside assistance from our auto insurance company but quickly found out their towing service was frustratingly super slow. So when we moved to Apple Valley, we got ourselves AAA membership and customer service at this location was superb. Front desk employees are friendly and helpful even when there is a line out the door. Haven’t had a bad experience. I have only been to one other AAA office location in downtown Riverside, CA… this one has that beat on customer service.
