Terrible shitty ass place. If I could rate it any lower than 1 star I would. I found hairs in my food and asked for the manager all he said was to just pull it out? You fucking serious that’s disgusting. It was so tempting to grab my beer bottle and slam it over his fucking head. The place might as well get burned down for the bullshit.

Every time I come here, they always mess up my order, it takes far too long to get my drinks and food, and I’ve continuously given them chance after chance to improve, and every time I’m proven that I am over the Applebee’s franchise.

Terrible service, extremely unprofessional they don’t promote their specials, and takes twice as long as it should! Used to go to Applebee’s all the time in Fargo, ND…3rd time here, gave them the benefit of the doubt, never coming back!

Food was good and waiter was friendly, but it seems the apps have gotten smaller. I ordered the quesadilla, and it came on a little metal tray, not a big plate. Also came with no lettuce or sour cream. Just 2 small salsa cups.

The food is terrible along with the service. Wasn’t impressed. I would recommend hitting up Old Chicago if your in that area. Same price point and better food and service.

We went here for lunch on Saturday. When the MANAGER brought our food to the table he spilled my iced tea. He then looked at me and said I should go get a rag and wipe it up. He said this with a straight face and not as a joke. I just look at him in shock and did not get up. I will never visit this place again. I felt he was very rude. You would think they would comp part of your me or something but no he hardly apologized,

We always have enjoyed Applebee’s in the past and we’re looking forward to a meal with the bowling team. Our service was good at this restaurant, but unfortunately, our waitress had to make multiple trips to get us clean silverware. Dirty forks and knives wrapped in dirty white napkins. Also the spoon that came out one soup was also dirty.

Went for lunch today with my Mom. I wanted to go somewhere else. However, even though I was buying, I can’t argue with Mom.
The food was pretty good and Natalie, our server was great. She owned up to a mistake she made on our drink order and fixed it immediately as well as keeping my pop glass full.
I did have issue with the Monday specials (on food) being better after 4: PM instead of all day like some of the competition, i.e. where I wanted to go. Oh we’ll, it was fine just the same and I know that’s a decision made from higher up than this particular restaurants management.
