Got a battery for my 2008 VW Bug here because Sears is now a total burn !!! Great customer service and a great price … Also got 100% warranty for the first year and a half and quick installation … Totally saved us

Made the 4 hour trip from the Central Coast to shop here because my ex recommended them. Was Not disappointed! They were Angels! Everyone went above and beyond to help us out. Needed a battery and charger for a wheelchair that I got without one. Had No idea what to get. Even the owner came out to help! Nice, courteous, professional and Knowledable! Got a great price for my needs and So much More!!! I would recommend this place to anyone! Absolutely worth the drive to get here! The service s second to none. Absolutely 5 star quality service! Genuinely good people who care about their community. I can’t say enough about them. Great great people!

I purchased my solar panels from them in the past and recently I stopped in to purchase a new battery for my truck. The staff goes «over the top» when it comes to customer service. The prices are better than competitive. I would recommend this store to anyone. BTW, they have just about any kind of battery.

I heard good things about this store, but when I called them I got bad customer service. I literally got yelled at and when I asked him to calm down he started cursing at me. Lol. I was just asking about a car battery. I’m still not sure if they had the battery I needed. I won’t shop there now.

Had an excellent experience at Battery Mart today! Needed a battery for a riding mower, called ahead to see if they had it, and they did. Arrived on crutches as I just had knee surgery. I was met at the door and they took my old battery to the back, brought out my new one and put in in my car for me in less than 2 minutes WOW! Price was better than anything on line! Great job guys! Will definitely use you for all future battery needs!

Stopped in to get a replacement battery for an electric toothbrush. They went above and beyond by attaching connectors to each end of the battery so I could attach it to the circuit board in the toothbrush. Great service. great price.

Needed to replace the battery in my alarm system. Checked around for prices and Battery Mart had the best price. Radio Shack was about 76% higher. Friendly staff.
