You only ever really hear from the upset renters at places like this. Well, I am not an upset renter. We love it here. We’ve been here a few years now and nothing compares. Location is great, the size of the units are fabulous, we have a fireplace, built in desk, and the best feature is the family of maintenance, office staff at this property. They genuinely care about their tenants and they’re quick to respond to any issues in your apartment. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that this property lacks playground equipment for the kids and there’s no pool like other properties. Having said that there are TWO parks within a short walk of the property, and the Apple Valley Aquatics center isn’t that far away either.
