I absolutely love this chic-​fil-​a, when it first opened I never went there because I was staying true to canes but a manager came into my work, Carmike Cinemas, one day and gave us some coupons so I decided to try to spicy chicken sandwich. The workers were very kind and suggested some of there sauces for me. They were very polite. Then when I took my first bite into my sandwich I suddenly realized why people came here. I thick spicy chicken breast with pickles. It was delicious, my mouth is watering just writing this review.

Always a positive experience at this location. Clean tables and countertops. Food is always fresh and carefully packaged. Well trained and friendly staff.
Of course, it always tastes good too! My go-​to order is the Spicy Chicken Deluxe with Pepper Jack cheese.

When I first tried chick fillet I didn’t understand what the big deal was. Then I tried the chicken sandwich with the Chick-​fil-​A sauce and I understood why it was so addicting. Not to mention the amazing waffle fries that take it to the next level. They also offer very good grilled chicken options. My wife and I love their grilled chicken salad with their lights dressing options. The service at this location has always been very friendly courteous and prompt

I was so impressed with the service I had to stop eating my delicious chicken deluxe sandwich to write a review. It isn’t often you find a «fast food» restaurant that takes this much pride in customer service. My lunch guest had to take a phone call, one employee noticed came to the table and offered fresh fries when my guest returned. Wow!

Fast food with average quality and high prices considering the venue and quality. The staff are there to make minimum wage and the customer service reflects it. The politics of the store are also a consideration for me.

We’ve done just Drive-​Thru here a couple of time and it is typically quite slow (but friendly). This morning it took 6 minutes to get breakfast after paying. Food is always hot, but typically bland. It’s just chicken – nothing more, nothing less.

I enjoy eating at chick-​fil-​a however I witnessed an employee not washing her hands after leaving the bathroom stall. I think she was the asian cook (wearing the apron so assuming she prepares food). I won’t be eating there after knowing a cook didn’t wash her hands.

I came here expecting to be blown away because of how everyone talks about it. At best I can say «meh». I got the chicken tenders, which were good, but they tasted like chicken tenders from just about any place. The fries were really good. My husband was so excited to come here and then was so underwhelmed with his food that he never wants to go back. I would give it another shot. Again I can wrap up my review in one word: meh.

My mom affectionately referred to this place as Shit-​Fil-​A back in the day – fifteen or so years ago, to be precise – and I think the moniker is still befitting.
I grew up in the south in Virginia. As a southern cracker, I’m able to verify the authenticity of several things including (but not limited to): fried chicken, coleslaw, mint juleps, bourbon, cultural stagnation, red dirt, moonshine, plantations, economic depression, pork rinds and biblical miracles.
The first two things on that list are of great pertinence in this review and, without further ado, I will address the two of them with the delicate southern grace they deserve.

— The coleslaw done look like a rooster got on one’uh them mowers’n plowed it halfway to th’hen house (translation: It looks like it was run through a food processor on high for thirty minutes).

The terrible politics of this place aside, I have fond memories of eating at Chick-​Fil-​A as a kid with my grandma. It was nestled in the food court of a nearly dead mall and, since it was the only thing to do within 300 miles, we went there a lot. I finally bit the ‘fuck you, you homophobic chicken fondlers’ bullet yesterday and dragged my ass here in search of a nostalgic boost.
I don’t know. I’m aware that memories haze and tastebuds change, but this was some disappointing-​ass eating.
I felt compelled to give it three stars for the mere fact that the staff seem really on top of it here. They were wandering around with a giant pepper mill asking everyone if they wanted fresh cracked pepper on their salads, constantly spot cleaning and maintaining an energetic vibe behind the counter.
I couldn’t be a pointless dick and dock two stars just because it doesn’t live up to my whimsical memories but I also couldn’t lie and tell you it was five stars –despite– my whimsical memories. The food was legitimately half-​assed and underwhelming. Tell your friends.
In closing, I really wanted to love this place, but… *drops mic*

Great chicken soup. Grilled chicken sandwich has a great flavor. The staff is always friendly and restaurant is always clean.

Husband came home with our to go order. Epic fail by chick fil a.
Ordered a spicy deluxe with American and no pickle. Receipt clearly states that is what was order. I got some grilled chicken thing with no cheese and it is awful! If they were closer I would bring it back. This is now the third time there was a screw up by this restaurant. Probably won’t be back after this one.

I wanted to check this place out for awhile. then about month ago I. decided to see what all the hoopla was about. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. and a dr. pepper. I was at the drive thru. I pulled away, and
.the.other side. of the parking lost, I started to eat my sandwich. wow, I was the most coldest, oldest most disgusting food I. ever ate.

VERY good product ! Calorie wise though… one sandwich can easily trip you up — but it’s TASTY !! Clean facility, polite and efficient staff, and upper-​end-​of the scale fast food. Their chicken nuggets make ANY competitors taste like deep fried imitations ! All in all, a tastier alternative to MCds or BK or others.

I honesty can’t think of a worse place to eat at. There is absolutely nothing special about this place. The food is tolerable at best. For people who specialize in chucking sandwiches your chicken is just average. It reminds me if something I could get at a gas station. There is just nothing special about this place. I say go to the cub foods that it is in front of and go get frozen chicken patties because the taste is very similar.
I say go try it once just to say you have eaten there and for novelty purposes. If you like it that is fantastic and more power to you. Just don’t get your hopes up with all the hype because I did and when I ate there I just felt let down and disappointed.
Do yourself a favor and just go to KFC. The spices on the breaking make it far better than this place.
Don’t get me wrong it isn’t the worst food I have eaten. I have had raw chicken from panino’s but this is just underwhelming.

It’s finally here and I have been there twice and there is a line out the door both times!!! I have spoken to people in line that have been there several times since it opened. The line goes by fast and the food is fresh and good, wish I could make it there for breakfast, my favorite!!! It is definitely worth the wait and so much better than Caines!!!

Great service and good food. For a new restaurant with mostly new staff, they are doing a solid job to live up to CFA standards. Definitely going to be back!
