the worst. i have monthly unlimited. today i got there, and she said the versa was «off because she had cleaned it for the last time. (20 minutes before close) last time i was there i got there 2o minutes before close, the OPEN sign was off and doors were locked, i called a few times eventually the girl answered said «weird, the door is locked? come back if you want.» HA! you locked it honey omg… by the time she answered it was 945pm the time before THAT, i got there 950 (i get done with work at 930, so i time it well) and she said «sorry she had already cleaned the versa», then tried to say «everything turns off in 5 minutes so she couldn’t start it… omg this location is making me, after tonight, quit this stupid place. its SO bad. these juveniles they hire– if you want a job, understand you are there for your entire shift.
i teach hot yoga and get done at 930 mondays, so i go right after– thats the one time it works with my schedule. but obviously its not working, because whoever works mondays (its always different!) but they think its ok to be «done» at 930
darque tan apple valley is a joke
all other locations are great, but this one is so bad, it makes loyal customers quit. so, I’m done and i will continue to make sure nobody else joint this place.

I bought a package of the «grand tour» a tan in each bed (5 tans total) for $ 20… A great deal right?! Well they failed to tell me the tans expire in 14 days so when I went back I lost my tans. I told the manager they failed to tell me such detail and all she said was «sorry” — I will find a new tanning salon for the winter months
