I hired Dependable to clear out tenants’ junk including gunky mattresses, boxes of stuff, lots of trash bags. He was able to do the job the next day that I contacted him. He was friendly and professional — accepted credit card and was able to email a receipt. I would definitely hire again.

I asked Mike Vietti to come look at a huge pile of construction debris, and he gave me a very reasonable bid. He showed up the next day right on time and got the job done quickly, even offering to haul away some dead tree limbs as part of the deal (ie for free). I will definitely use him again!

I own a commercial property in Barstow and live in Long Beach. I know I can call Mike Vietti with almost any property maintenance issue and trust that it will be handled promptly, professionally, and at a reasonable price. He emails me before and after pictures, which is invaluable to me, because the last thing I want to do is drive from Long Beach to Barstow to check up on a contractor’s work. He has painted for me, removed trash, had windows fixed, removed graffiti, and even secured a door and inspected my property on an emergency basis when I learned that the property had been burglarized. If I receive an email from code enforcement for any fix-it issue, I just forwarded it to Mike with complete confidence that it will be taken care of in a timely manner. Working with Mike makes my life easier– what more can you ask for?
