They will give u 90 days to cancel. But it is a lie. They did not show the Mexican channels and then they will charge I $ 600 to cancel service.

I m very very very disappointed by dish networks sales representative, we finalized the deal and signed the contract through phone for a price but when I received the conformation email when everything was done and also deducted the money from my account and in the email it showed the wrong package, I called them back and they waisted 2 hours of mine but they said we can’t do anything about it and I got very disappointed so I cancelled the contract with them, I request everything for not getting dish service anymore because they are all liars.

My sister had dish network installed and they did not tell her that all televisions cannot work independently when there are 3 or more sets. When the fix they installed still did not fix the problem she cancelled the service. Dish network is now charging her a $ 480.00 cancellation fee even though they could not deliver the service that she was sold. Several calls to Management have not solved the problem so I am reporting shoddy practices to the BBB in hopes of having this resolved.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Even though you are required to set up a security code, ANYBODY can get online to their chat support and bypass your codes. I’ve changed my code 3 times in 3 hours, and they’re still shutting me off because my fiances son has put our account on «hold» or «pause»(depending who you speak with). This son does not live here, is not authorized on the account, does not even know where his father was born, yet DISHLETSHIMBYPASS! His father is in the hospital and unable to stop him. Fraud Prevention is only there during«regular business hours» so I’m stuck between 5pm and 8am. Don’t depend on DISH to safe-guard your account.
