I have nothing but good things to say about Extra Space Storage. It is ALWAYS squeaky clean and have never seen any trash laying around. I needed more storage space day before yesterday and the manager found just the unit I was looking for, on the same floor as my original unit and at a great price. Kelly does an excellent job as manager of the business

I didn’t experience anything negative at all like stated in some of these reviews. The manager, Kelly, was very helpful and cordial. She knows her business, unlike some employees at other, higher cost facilities. She was a pleasure to work with. She even picked up on my poor vision and helped me get around safely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business.

this storage is nice, however the people who work there are rude and unprofessional. My husband and I actually got locked in the storage… it closes at nine and we got in right before that about 8:50, just having to grab something, usually when a business closes it means you can no longer get in. it does not mean they will lock you inside, so when we typed in out code to exit at 9:02, it said «access denied». we realized we were locked in and went for help. The manager was on the premises and instead on letting us out she yelled at us and told us we can’t read and that its not her problem and slammed the office door in my husbands face. We called an eight hundred number and after 20 min were able to get out. The whole incident was unnecessary.

Best place for storage! Friendly office staff. They also have a truck you can borrow to move your stuff. Great prices and Kelly is the best!
