This jumper rental will eventually be out of business with their horrible service and products. Starting with their jumpers, they are old and dirty. I rented an obstacle course jumper and it had a huge hole, was dirty and the electrical cables were ripped an patched up with tape which caused electrical shortages several times. Called up the owners and never got an answer so I called the person who dropped it off and said they would try to get a hold of the owners but I never got a call back. My party started at 4 and I only had it up for about an hour for the rest of my party I had no jumper. They didn’t show up until 9 a.m. the next morning! Claiming they passed by and the jumper was up. Really?!? but they didn’t have the decency or professionalism to stop by and see what was going on. I have tons of pictures to prove the jumper was down during 90% of my party. In all my pictures the jumper is down in the background. $ 215 went to the trash, I didn’t get a refund!

The worse decision I ever made with using Fiesta Jump Rentals for my Nephew 9th birthday party. The weather took a unexpected turn for the worse that day and I was very worried if we would have a issue with the jumper/waterslide being set up. The Company was suppose to deliver the waterslide jumper, tables and chairs, and cotton candy machine by 12 pm. My Party stared at 1:00pm which was perfect and gave me enough time to set up for the parent and children to have somewhere to sit and not ruin my carpet inside my house. Well 12 pm came and went and I called Fiesta jump to only get voicemail after Voicemail. Guest started to arrive around 1pm and I have nothing no tables or chairs so I had to welcome into my home. Finally around 1 pm Fiesta jump picks up the phone and said the driver had some issues getting the last party set up and is running behind and not sure when he will arrive. I was frustrated I told them I have guest that are at my house and have nowhere for them to sit and have no entertainment for the children. I called many time after I spoke with them to only get the voicemail again. Finally around 2:30 pm the driver shows up and starts to set up the jumper and I am trying to set the tables up as fast as possible. I demanded I discount because they were 2 and half hours late and the customer service was horrible. The driver spoke to the owner and they agreed to give me 10% off. REALLY10 Percent for them messing up the whole party. In order to keep my stress in control I paid them 273.00 for them to get on their way and away from me. About 1 hour after they left we discover the jumper was starting to collapse and there was a large hole in of the jumper. I again had to call them and complain ugh. The jumper eventually went back up and the children were able to play again. Around 5 pm Fiesta Jump called to asked if they can pick their equipment up in the morning at that point I was so done with them I did not care. So to sum up the party I spent most the time trying to call fiesta jump and got voicemail and the other half on the phone with them trying to work out the issue we had. If you are reading this review whatever you do DONTRENTFROMTHEM.

My jumper had a seam bust 2 ½ hours into my party and the owner wouldn’t bring a new jumper, refund my money and ruined my son’s 4th birthday on 2÷23÷13 because the parents and kids wanted to have cake and split since the children’s entertainment was over! Contract mentions nothing of refunds or time limits, which he claimed I had the jumper for 3 hours I was entitled to nothing, but said that thru his employee. Owner refused to speak with me and told me to sue him…: I think I’ll do that… he can call me at 310−706−5794 I’ve already posted in a number of Facebook high desert forums w/over 10000 followers in each VV411 and VVNG check them out! Much more detail in those FB forums. DON’T USEFIESTAJUMP uncredible company and good luck if their old jumpers bust!
