Came in to buy a used controller for the PS4 and was shocked to see the price. It’s just a few dollars less than a new one. Also BestBuy price matches on Amazon which is only $ 52.00. These rip off artist are selling it for $ 54 used. Be smarter where you shop, this store will rip you off. The clerk even told me to go to Bestbuy cause they can’t do anything.

I am the mom of two boys. Boys play video game and that means mommy has to go to gamestop and ask dumb questions when she is looking for presents. I needed a usb memory stick for my sons Xbox 360 and of course I had no clue what I needed. They were so nice and helped me find what I needed quickly.
The employees here are so sweet and even though they are young they really seem to enjoy their job. I prefer coming here over going to best buy because I am never ignored or told to settle for something that I didn’t want to buy.
If a new game is going to be released they normally offer a special if you preorder. My oldest son is always telling me to preorder his xbox games at GameStop so he can get extra little things. Don’t ask me what because I am not a gamer lol. I just buy the games :)

This GameStop has wonderful service. I pre-​ordered a Xbox One and they made me feel like a VIP. I asked them when I would find out if I would be getting one of the limited quantities on release date. They said «you are the limited quantity». I went in to pick it up and they informed me they had more Day One Editions than expected and were kind enough to give it to the customers rather than setting them aside for employees or their friends. TOP NOTCH TREATMENT! Get your games here and ask the friendly staff any questions you may have. They will help you to get the best deal available.

I just really have a thing against Gamestop.
I guess the location is practical at Jess Ranch, hell I come here more often than I ever wanted with my son to trade in or purchase games.
It’s always a rip off, they have seriously offered him 40 cents for playstation 3 games before. The most you can really get for new $ 60 games is about $ 14, and they sell em for $ 55 then, it gets my blood boiling really.
Gamestop reminds me of a mini Walmart, scuzzy, a bit dark and musty smelling and there is never a quiet moment.
Always some kind of insane people watching and off the wall convos that I don’t even wanna be hearing about.
Service is slow, I dread coming here everytime, but I guess I’ll have to deal with it for another couple years… The things you do for your kids…
