I purchased an arrangement online for $ 107. I received an email the same day from the florist telling me that they needed another $ 17 to complete my order. The florist told me that they raise their prices during Valentine’s Day and they forgot to update the prices on the website. There was no attempt to make the situation right even though it was their fault. The worst customer service I’ve received in a very long time. If you keep doing business this way you will soon be out of business. To say the least I cancelled my order and went somewhere else, I got better flowers and a better deal.

I am only able to give four stars because the flowers I initially intended to send were unavailable. She did not have ANY red roses which was disappointing considering they were for an anniversary. But the flowers I was able to exchange them with definitely made my girlfriend happy and she was surprised. Delivery was prompt and service was friendly. :)

I have purchased flowers from J’s Country Floral on a couple separate occasions and have always been completely satisfied. The arrangements are beautiful and Jackie always delivers in a timely fashion. the shop is adorable and I highly recommend anyone to stop in if they need a unique gift.

Very disappointed in J’s Country Floral. I walked in to place an order for a corsage for a dance for my son and his date. It was more than a week and a half in advanced and there were no other dances scheduled for that weekend. The florist refused to even consider my order. She said that she will not fill any corsage orders on Mother’s Day weekend. Then she insulted the design that I chose. She wasn’t very polite at all. The only positive thing that I can say about this place is that it smelled good. I went down the street to Apple Valley Florist and they had no problem fulfilling my order. I will never do business with J’s Country Floral.
