My situation was I needed a carrier unlock for the Blue Deathstar. Direct Messaged Nathan on Twitter. Got it unlocked in a very reasonable less than 7 business days. Everything was done remotely with my IMEI number.
Great customer service. He’ll answer whatever questions and concerns you might have within a day. Remember that he has a lot of other customers because he’s that good. Very professional. Direct message him on twitter or facebook if you have an issue with your phone.

Had my fiancé samsung note 3 (sprint) phone unlocked to be used on a different carrier. Price was reasonable. Great customer service. Work done in very reasonable time. She has been using it for 2 weeks without any issues after the unlocking. If you need to get your phone unlock his the guy to help you. I recommend anyone that need any phone services or any other gadgets. He can help you as he help me and I am in California
