Niva Institute of Neurosciences

My wife and I Arrived about 2:20 Friday afternoon, back room in an old building with suites A and B empty in the parking lot a guy saw us trying to get in and motioned to go around the side of the building. We did and went into the «Instutute» what a joke! 12 by 12 waiting room with about 8 people waiting, two of them filling out their new patient forms, and my appointment was in 5 minutes. Most of the folks looked like they slept in the park the night before, Homless at best. the place was tiny and dirty. I cancelled my appointment and said no need to reschedule another as we had no intention of ever going there again, and we left, Lousy experience and a 100 mile round trip drive from Big Bear. Dr Knapick in Big Bear sent us there, part of his «network», I guess, If he ever went there he would not send his patients there. Don’t waste your time, go to Loma Linda University hospital for your neuro tests, or Beaver Clinic in Redlands. Even with mapquest it took us a half hour to find the place, The street it is on is not even marked on the map! MAJOR FAIL!!!

This is the WORST place in Southern California. The people that work here are very ignorant stupid and incompetent. I’ve been trying to see this DR for over 6 months and we keep having to reschedule after a ridiculous over 2 hours in the waiting room and we still haven’t seen this DR!!! They keep putting people unfairly ahead of us that arrived up to an hour after we arrived and YES they admitted this to us giving us some excuses! And of coarse we always have an appointment and arrive 30 – 45 minutes before. This DR clearly has his/​her favorites and she should be reported to the AMA and California board of doctors which I will be doing shortly after I finish this review. I’ve missed other appointments that were scheduled over 2 hours after this DR appointment! That’s just ridiculous no matter the reason! They are very stupid ignorant and incompetent and they should be banned from treating citizens at any cost!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This office is so unresponsive. I have stopped in. I have called over and over. I am trying to get a medication issue resolved and they keep telling me they will call me back at the end of the day… IT NEVER HAPPENS. I have to call them back! When I do, there is never an answer to my question. Just ‘we will check with the doctor.’ A simple phone call back — even if it was ‘we are still working on this’ would have resulted in a happy customer instead of a customer who is posting to Unilocal!
