Need a top producing, full-time, hard working real estate Sales Executive? Call Wendy. Full disclosure, Wendy is an agent licensed with the company where I’m employed. Take my rating with a grain of salt, but don’t skip reading the fifteen other reviews that are filtered. There are over 750 Realtors licensed with my company, but I have referred Wendy on more than one occasion to friends and past clients. For starters, Wendy shines when working with clients relocating into or out of the Twin Cities. It’s a tricky business that requires an even greater amount of care and empathy for clients that in a residential limbo. Wendy knows how the process works, and how to make a potentially difficult transition that much easier. Wendy is a fierce advocate for her buyers and sellers and an excellent business partner during the transaction process if you’re an agent on the other side of the table. From first-time buyers to the marketing of upper bracket homes, Wendy is the consummate professional, prepared to help with all your real estate needs.

I didn’t list my house with Wendy, but I attended an open house she ran for an Apple Valley home. Wendy barely looked up when we walked in the door, didn’t introduce herself, didn’t offer to answer any questions, and snapped at my fiancé when he inquired about the seller’s motivations for selling(he was desperately trying to make some lighthearted conversation). We’ve probably attended 30+ open houses in teh last few months, and her behavior was BYFAR the worst we have run into. The reason Wendy was so rude? Not 100% sure, but we noticed she was playing Words With Friends on her iPad as we walked out on to the deck of the home. Perhaps we interrupted and she was worried about losing focus. As much as a fan as I am of the game, I found it to be highly unprofessional given her horrific attitude towards us. We would have considered putting in an offer on the home had it not been for her actions with the showing. I would highly suggest you work with another agent if you are looking to sell your home, and turn around and run if you see her at an open house.
