If I could give this place no stars, I would. Unilocal,why not allow it???
We had a living social deal for this place. My husband made an appt for 8pm on a Tuesday. Something came up so he had to push it back to the following week, same day of the week and time. When he went the following week, they told him that his massage was supposed to be at 7 and thus they couldn’t honor the living social deal. That’s absurd! What’s worse is, he asked them why they didn’t call to confirm the appointment. They said, «we did, but we couldn’t get through to you.» He confirmed that they had the right number (an out of state area code) so he asked her to call him right then to see if the call would go through. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SO STUPID THAT SHE DIDN’T DIAL «1» BEFORE MAKING THE CALL. Um, hello??? Wow.
So my husband never heard back from the manager who was supposed to call him to rectify the situation. Don’t bother with this dump of a place with absolutely NO customer service.

Absolutely loved the last massage I got here. It was the second massage I have gotten from here, and it was a bit better from the first, though I had the same massage therapist both times. It could have been that I was more relaxed this time as well. The only thing I find a bit strange about this place is that it is located in a suite in an office building, so it doesn’t give out that total «spa» feeling, but once you are in your room, you really forget all about that. Decent pricing too.
