Aerial Dance Pole Exercise

Aerial Dance is amazing! The studio is clean and cute. The instructors are Awesome! They are flexible with your schedule allowing you to pop into other classes during the term to make up a missed one. The community of people here is unmatched. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly and supportive! I look forward to going to the studio weekly and would love to take better advantage of the free practices they offer to enrolled students. I have only taken classes from Paula and her team but I can’t imagine a better studio, they give you individual attention and encouragement. I have been dancing for 1.5 yrs now and even have a pole at home but nothing will come close to the instruction and support I get from Aerial Dance so I will keep going because you never stop learning and you never stop improving. Plus I love my Pole Girls!!! Also as the previous review mentioned, you always feel safe! Not only emotionally but physically as well, they support and spot you with skill and care. Pole is mental as well and they know how to work you through all the road blocks!
