Although, I have been going here since I moved here in August and still feel a bit disconnected — even though I am now a member and have done some of the activities. I think you have to make the effort but the great thing you can come and check out the church without being bombarded! I also love their café which is open on other days — not just Sunday! And they have a gym — you do not have to be a member of the church to go.

You can actually watch or listen to the sermons on the website if you want. Very real message instead of focusing on the bible or repenting or depending on him. This is a mega-​church, so there are a lot of activity offerings and you blend in with the regulars. The music is beautiful, contemporary.

Appleton Alliance is a wonderful church community! It’s grown at a rapid rate and after my first few visits, I could see why. Worship services are filled with Bible based teaching and modern worship music. The pastors present scripture with discuss how to apply it to your life. Dress is mixed, from very casual to more formal. You won’t find a church organ here. While I can appreciate the history and tradition of organ music, there’s also a reason organ music is played in haunted houses– it can be too dominant and creepy. Worship is upbeat and people sing together. Scripture and song lyrics are presented on a very large screen at the front and the setting is welcoming and comfortable.
