I’m very happy with the service from Appleton Drain & Sewer, they arrived quickly and were very friendly. Once they arrived they went in the basement to check things out and then went to the truck to get tools and went right to work. I didn’t feel like they wasted anytime and got the job done within 45 minutes. While the one man was cleaning the sewer line the other was nice and rinsed down the gunk that backed up. While they don’t offer cleanup service this was very much appreciated that they took care of the worst part of the cleanup.
They also cleaned up all the messes they made, with dealing with a national company at a past place of residence they left the mess for us to clean up, this was a big reason we called Appleton Drain & Sewer over the other company.
The cost for the service we received was $ 99, which I thought was more than a fair price.
Overall I am very happy with this company and will keep them in mind if we ever need them in the future. I would also recommend this company to any friend or family member.
