Two great service experiences at this store in the last year! Replaced a car battery in the dead of winter super fast and also helped me with a key fob battery replacement today. Friendly, quick service!

Just got great service at this store. They were able to replace the battery in my watch; other stores refused to do so because they had not sold me the watch… it was a gift! They recommended a lifetime warranty battery; which I got. Then they were able to replace a battery for one of my home phones, AND sell me a clip on light for when I read an «old school» book. I definitely recommend this store!

Awful experience. STAY AWAY!!! I went there with a battery that was under warranty. My at home test said it was bad. The «expert» working said it was still good, although he admitted to not knowing how to operate all of the testers. So, I went to Fleet Farm for a second opinion, bad battery. I had to go to the Batteries Plus on other side of town for them to tell me it’s a bad battery, and stand behind their warranty.
